Taylor is the best of the best!

 

He was my boss for almost ten years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better Art Director or a better mentor. He did an incredible job of guiding his team through years of creative marketing demands (including more than one rebrand), giving us plenty of opportunities to stretch our skills and deliver for the company. He’s quick to provide praise or constructive feedback, and to help his team members grow and improve--I received multiple promotions during my time with Taylor, thanks to his mentoring and guidance.

 

He possesses an insanely wide skillset (design, photography, web, videography, illustration, you name it), yet Taylor is never selfish with his knowledge, always eager to share what he knows and help his teammates improve their abilities. A team of creatives needs a special kind of leader to really thrive, and Taylor checks all of the boxes and more.

 

I’ve since had the chance to lead a creative team of my own, and I find myself asking again and again, “What would Taylor do?”
